IMPORTANT!! | Examination Schedule Confirmation System   Sun, 02 Feb 2025

To All Examinees of the Airmen Examination Board,

We are addressing the increasing number of "No Show" cases among examinees who fail to attend their booked examination schedules. To ensure fairness and provide opportunities for those struggling to secure a slot, we are implementing a new confirmation system effective February 10, 2025.

Moving forward, all examinees must CONFIRM or DELETE their appointments at least 48 hours before their scheduled exam date.

CONFIRMING Your Schedule

By confirming your appointment, you commit to attending the examination. Failure to appear will result in the following penalties:

  • All of your remaining scheduled exams will be canceled.
  • Your account will be restricted from booking a new examination for five (5) days.

DELETING Your Schedule

Deleting your appointment is equivalent to canceling your exam for that specific date. However, you may still schedule other available dates.

  • Deleted slots will be made available for other examinees to book.
  • Any remaining unfilled slots will be offered to walk-in examinees on a first-come, first-served basis.

Your cooperation is essential in maintaining an efficient and fair scheduling system. Thank you for your understanding.
