All test or examination results are valid for twenty-four (24) calendar months from the date of examination or date of issuance of Knowledge Test Report (TR), whichever comes later. All test results in excess of 5 years from the date of examination will no longer be credited for issuance of TR. Further, test or examination results may be given an extension by the Chief, AEB for another two (2) years from the original date of expiration after passing the Air Law Examination applicable to the license and/or rating being sought. 

Note: An applicant for an Airline Transport Pilot License may take the skill test for that license with an airmen Knowledge Test Report that has been completed within a period of seven (7) years before the application, provided that the applicant is employed as a flight crew member by a certificate holder under PCARs Part 9 at the time of the skill test (PCARs Part 2 IS 2.2.6 Appendix B).
